Vihaan Malhotra has been selected as the news vice-captain for the Australian tour, replacing Abhigyan Kundu, who still retains his place in the squad as one of the two wicketkeepers alongside Harvansh Singh.
The 18-member squad is looking good with new rising talent for this Australia tour. Star Performers from the England tour, such as Vaibhav SuryaVanshi, Rahul Kumar, Henil Patel and D. Deeoesh, have been retained, while promising names like Kishan Kumar, Aman Chauhan, Udhav Mohan and Khilan Patel, who returns from injury, have been added.
India U-19 Team will play ODI and Test Matches in this Tour:
The Tour starts on September 21 2025, at Healy Oval in Brisbane. Team India will play 3 ODIs and 2 Test matches in Australia. All ODI matches are scheduled in Brisbane, and the Test match will be played in Brisbane and Mackay.
All these matches will give a great platform for the youngsters to show their skills and open the door to playing at the highest level.
