Bangladesh dominated Ireland in the third T20I to seal the three-match series 2-1, thanks to superb bowling displays from Mustafizur Rahman and Rishad Hossain. The senior pacer and the young leg-spinner picked up three wickets each, dismantling Ireland’s batting order on a decisive day in Chattogram.
Mustafizur, Rishad lead Ireland collapse to 117

After being sent in to bat, Ireland struggled from the outset. Mustafizur delivered a brilliant spell of 3 for 11, removing key batters Harry Tector and Mark Adair, while Rishad Hossain struck in quick bursts to dismiss Curtis Campher, Paul Stirling, and Gareth Delany, finishing with figures of 3 for 21.
Shoriful Islam chipped in with two wickets, and Mahedi Hasan bowled economically for 1 for 24. For Ireland, captain Paul Stirling top-scored with a brisk 38 off 27. Only Tim Tector (17), George Dockrell (19), and Gareth Delany (10) reached double digits as the visitors were bundled out for just 117.
Chasing 118, Bangladesh lost Saif Hassan (19) and captain Litton Das (7) early but raced to 48/2 in the powerplay. From there, Tanzid Hasan took charge. The stylish left-hander anchored the chase with an unbeaten 55 off 36 balls, adding a match-winning 73-run stand with Parvez Hossain Emon (33* off 26).
Bangladesh wrapped up the chase in only 13.4 overs, securing an eight-wicket win and clinching the series 2-1.
