Most Runs in Asia Cup History

Star Player of Team India, Rohit Sharma, has become the first cricketer in the History of the Asia Cup to score 700+ runs in the tournament’s history.

The right-handed batter currently holds the record of scoring the most runs in the Asia Cup. Rohit Sharma tops the list with 782 runs in 20 matches and 19 innings. The Indian batter has hit 73 fours and 36 sixes. His strike rate in the tournament is 109.99. 

Rohit Sharma, followed by Virat Kohli, the right-handed batter smashed 558 runs in 15 matches and 12 Innings with a strike rate of 127.40.  

As of August 2025, seven players have scored over 400 runs. The top scorers belong to teams like India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. 

Three Cricketers From India are in the list of getting 400+ runs. Rohit Sharma scored 782 runs with an average of 39.1  in 20 Asia Cup matches. He is the first Indian player on the list.
