NEW DELHI: India’s T20I pace duo Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh are standing on the verge of a significant milestone in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup as India prepare to face South Africa national cricket team on Sunday in a Super Eight clash of the T20 World Cup 2022.

Record within reach
Both the pacing geniuses have the chance to go past the legendary Ravichandran Ashwin as the leading wicket taker in T20 World Cups. Bumrah and Arshdeep currently have 30 wickets each and need three more to surpass Ashwin’s tally of 32 wickets in 29 matches.
Hardik Pandya is also closing in on the landmark with 29 wickets to his name and requires four more to move to the top of the chart, adding another layer of intrigue to India’s bowling story heading into the big game.
