NEW DELHI: A video going viral on social media showed Team India's head coach Gautam Gambhir looking upset while having a serious discussion with captain Suryakumar Yadav after India lost the second T20I against Australia by four wickets at the MCG on Friday.

The viral clip has sparked speculation about whether everything is fine in the Indian camp. Assistant coaches Morne Morkel and Ryan ten Doeschate were also seen in the discussion, which was likely about India's disappointing batting performance in the match.

It evoked memories of the infamous IPL 2024 incident when Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka was visibly unhappy with KL Rahul after LSG lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Talking about the match, captain Mitchell Marsh led from the front with a blazing 26-ball 46 after Josh Hazlewood's excellent bowling as Australia beat India by four wickets to go 1-0 up in the five-match series.

Chasing 126, Australia completed the task with 40 balls to spare after the home team opted to bowl first.

Earlier, opener Abhishek Sharma struck a 37-ball 68 amid a top-order batting collapse to lift India to 125 all out.

Senior pacer Hazlewood was the best bowler for Australia, returning excellent figures of 3/13 in four overs after triggering the collapse in the Indian innings.
