NEW DELHI: Vaibhav Suryavanshi continued his extraordinary rise in cricket by becoming the youngest player ever to score a Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy century at just 14 years and 250 days. The teenage sensation delivered a breathtaking 108 not out off 61 balls, an innings filled with clean hitting.

He struck seven fours and seven sixes, guiding Bihar to a competitive 176 for 3 in their Group B match against Maharashtra. His stroke play once again underlined why many consider him the most exciting young talent in the country.
