NEW DELHI: The third ODI between India and New Zealand saw two Kiwi batters put in a remarkable performance under pressure. Daryl Mitchell and Glenn Phillips built a sensational partnership that rescued their side from a tricky start.
New Zealand’s innings began poorly. They lost two early wickets for just five runs and then Will Young fell shortly after the Powerplay. It was a moment where the team needed someone to take charge, and Mitchell stepped in.
