NEW DELHI: India captain Suryakumar Yadav won back-to-back tosses, a rare feat in recent times, and chose to field first once again in the third T20I against South Africa in Dharamsala. Surya's decision to bowl in the previous match backfired, as his anticipation of dew helping the chase proved incorrect.

India have made two forced changes: Axar Patel is sidelined due to illness, while Jasprit Bumrah is unavailable for personal reasons. Harshit Rana and Kuldeep Yadav have been drafted into the playing XI.

"Wicket won't change. Dew's already here. Wonderful place, people crowd, hope to entertain them. All games are important. The beauty is in the way you come back, it's what we want to do here. If we are switched on for all three hours, that will be good," Suryakumar said after winning the toss.

South Africa have made three changes as David Miller, George Linde, and Lutho Sipamla are out, while Corbin Bosch, Anrich Nortje, and Tristan Stubbs come into the side.

"Bit different to Joburg this time of year. Last game we had a good response. First game we weren't up to the mark. We need to be consistent, that's the challenge. Batting first, we have to assess first couple of overs. Hope to start well again tonight. Beautiful ground, night or day, it's got a different feel," South Africa skipper Aiden Markram said.

The five-match series is now locked 1-1.
