5 Shocking Superstars who pinned Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman is believed to be one of the strongest wrestlers in WWE history. He made his WWE debut in 2014 and main roster debut in 2015. With his massive body size, Strowman created pure domination in WWE. Facing him could be as frightening as a nightmare for any superstar. Braun Strowman has been crowned both Universal and Intercontinental Champion once in his WWE career. He has been a Raw Tag-team Champion and has also won the Greatest Royal Rumble. It's not easy to pin Strowman, however, the greats like Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar have done the exceptional.

Here's the list of five unexpected superstars to have pinned Strowman.

SETH ROLLINS

Braun Strowman faced Seth Rollins at the Clash of Champions 2019 for the Universal Championship which Rollins won fairly. The match was quite interesting and everyone was counting on the Monster among Men considering his advantage in strength and power. Rollins against all the odds proved everyone wrong and pinned Strowman after giving him a pedigree and finishing move curb stomp to beat the giant. Although Strowman had defeated Rollins back in 2017 in a RAW episode. Rollins is associated with RAW and is one of the biggest WWE superstars at the moment.

KING CORBIN

King Corbin had defeated Braun Strowman through pinfall when he was known as Baron Corbin. In the 2019 Elimination Chamber, Corbin faced Strowman in a 'No Disqualification' match. The latter was in control for most of the time but the match turned around completely after Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley made interference and helped Corbin.

All three took on Strowman which was all legal. The trio then slammed the giant for the triple powerbomb after which Corbin pinned the Monster among Men quite easily. Back in 2018, Strowman had successfully defeated Corbin at TLC, but this time King Corbin took his revenge for the last loss.

SAMI ZAYN

Sami Zayn also features the list of unexpected superstars to have pinned the stronger enough Braun Strowman. Both faced each other in a RAW episode on 13 May 2019 in a 'Falls Count Anywhere' match; a stipulation in which a wrestler can be pinned by the other anywhere outside the ring.

Strowman had the upper hand in the match but was attacked by King Corbin and Drew McIntyre who interfered in between. It became quite suffocating for the monster among men to resist the trio and was pinned by Zayn who took full advantage of the assistance. Sami Zayn had already defeated the giant at 2016 Roadblock in a 10-minute clock challenge match.

BRAY WYATT

Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt (The Fiend) had a 'Falls Count Anywhere' face-off at Summerslam 2020 for the Universal Championship. The storyline of the fixture was reasonably interesting as Wyatt was the first person to unfold the giant bloke on a WWE main roster. Both superstars put up brilliant performances but Wyatt stood tall and pinned Strowman to become the new Universal Champion.

However, he had lost to Strowman earlier in the year at 'Money in the Bank' for the same title.

A mini tussle between these two for the Universal Championship was liked much amongst the fans. WWE has momentarily released both the superstars.

BOBBY LASHLEY

Braun Strowman easily defeated Bobby Lashley at the WWE Super Showdown and Extreme Rules in a 'Last Man Standing' match in 2019. However, Lashley took his revenge on Strowman.
Lashley has done the improbable to have defeated the Monster among Men twice in his career. He faced the monster on Raw episodes of 1 July 2019 and 22 January 2021 and pinned him successfully on both occasions. Brown Strowman is part of the RAW brand at the moment.
